Ambrale’s main business is potato Wholesaling. then Mr. Ashish Ambrale who is professionally Company Secretary get this idea of processing Potatoes to make some delicious preservative foods for people, he shared his idea with his two brothers Mr. Amit Ambrale and Mr. Abhijeet Ambrale ,who never ignores their elder brothers advice and ideas.they love this idea of their brother and immediately join him on this project. so We Ambrale’s started making wafers by our own, took a loan to setup a semi-automated plant in RohaRaiged Maharashtra , choosing Roha is part of strategy, because Fund management is key of success and doing this plant in small but famous city is genuinely part of our success. So we introduce ourselves by the name of “ASPL’s Wafer and Namkeens” to sell our Wafers. We always strive to give you and our customers, the most hygienic and delicious products. Our aim is innovating not only the flavours, but also the products. We distributed our Wafers to near villages and near retailers. Margin is so less but our dreams are big as customer satisfaction with best quality is our Moto.

Mr. Ashish Suresh Ambrale (DIN 08506613) is an Independent and executive Director of our Company since Sept, 2020. He is Chairman of the Company.

He holds degree in Bachelors of Commerce and ECS (Company Secretary) from Mumbai University and Institute of ICSI of India. He is an industrialist and Tax consultant having experience of more than 10 years. Mr. Ashish Ambrale is also a Corporate and Financial Advisor. He is Proprietor of Ashish Ambrale & Associates (GST and Law Practitioner firm) and associated with S S Associates (CA Firm) he is also on panel of GST Council Committee of Pune, he is authorized Central Govt. of India approved GST Practitioner.
He is a Business Executive having experience of more than 4 years in the field of strategic planning, marketing and restructuring of business operations.
